We've taken our cars to Holman for some time and, generally, things have been fine. But recently I had to rethink things.
They remounted a tire that had a slow leak, and the tire completely failed the next day, resulting in a ruined tire. No one could find any problem with the tire -- later, I found out that the rim had some corrosion that needed to be removed, corrupting the seal -- and Holman wouldn't accept any responsibility for the tire failure.
Instead, they returned the tire to distributor for a credit, even though there was nothing wrong with tire.
Frustrating.
