The plumber who came from Kansas City to unclog my kitchen sink did a great job. When I called and described the problem, the woman who answered the phone took all the name and address information and then repeated it back correctly! This doesn't happen very often, so things were already off to a good start. The man who came to the house was very nice, and made sure he had completely taken care of the problem, then advised me how to keep it from happening again. It's been almost a week since he unclogged the drain, and I'm still enjoying being able to pour water into one side of the sink without seeing it come up in the other side.
