So on Sunday evening our kitchen drain stopped up. We spent some some Sunday night and all night Monday trying to unclog it ourselves using various products and snaking the drain with our small snake to no avail. We finally let our fingers do the walking through the yellow pages and decided to call Roto-Rooter. We were skeptical because most service industry businesses are a lot like Congress these days...We were pleasantly surprised when the gal said they could come out today - and we could find a $30 off coupon on their website which was awesome. Keith showed up at our door at about 1pm and he was such a great person. He was courteous, prompt, attentive and very friendly. He fixed the drain, cleaned up his stuff, wore booties on his shoes and too great care to do the job correctly and with efficiency. I was so very impressed. In fact, his name is on the magnet he gave me - and you can bet we'll call again if we ever need anything.
