I called today to use my Groupon. The individual that answered the phone was not professional. And most frustrating of all they wanted to charge me an extra $10 for my oil change because the classify my 23 year old volvo station wagon as a luxury car.

Mike, Thank you very much for bringing this matter to my attention. We pride ourselves in being honest and up front, obviously with you we failed. I can understand how you feel that a 23-year-old car should not be classified as a luxury car. I wish I could convince our suppliers and manufactures of this, that is why we ask that you call us so that we can give you the estimate up front before any work is done. I would like to bring you back as a customer, whatever it takes, and I am sure once we meet we will become good friends like the many friends that we have made through all of our years in business.
