I called and received same day service. The scheduler, dispatcher and plumbers were all very friendly. The plumbers arrived 5 mintues before I was able to get home and the dispatcher called to confirm everything was okay. She was extremely nice and did not make me feel like I needed to apologize. The plumbers were thorough and provided an excellent education about what had occurred. I have been renovating my house and have worked with many companies for house work, Roto-Rooters in downtown KC was by far the best company I have dealt with.
