One star is actually too much.Benjamin Campbell, who talks way too much, CONTACTED ME to clean the windows of my 3 story building. He sched an appt for later that same day to give me a bid. I asked my mgr, who was off that day, to be available to him. Did not show up or call.He arbitrarily shows up 2 weeks later unannounced.We confirmed a date of Dec 10 to arrive between 9 to 9:30 am. At the end of the conversation,I asked him to call to let me or my mgr know if he had a problem keeping the sched appt (because of his previous behavior). He NO SHOWED - DIDN'T CALL AGAIN. Called him. Said he didn't like my tone/attitude when I asked him to call if he had a problem keeping THIS appt. His lack of professionalism, consideration and good business practices disturbed and incovenienced 22 tenants, some of whom work overnight, who permanently live on the premises. The tenants had been notified in advance that access to their rooms would be necessary beginning at 9 am. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Please more
