""Termites, trash, rats, neighbors who drink and do drugs, people always sneaking around at night, several rapes, many break ins at night when people are home sleeping. I tried to buy out of my rent and it will cost me 6 months rent to break my lease. I tried calling the property management company several times and they do nothing. They just want their money. They call it a gated community only because there is a fence around the property, but homeless, drug dealers and rif raf come and go as they please. The office staff is power less because the management company, located in California, does not give them the authority to make decisions. \r
Do not live here if you want safety and security. If you want rats and drugs, this is the place.""\r
