I spent a couple of months researching different makes and models and talked with Salesman Brad Schell and test drove his Ford vehicles numerous times before making the decision to buy a 2012 Explorer from him/Brien Ford last week. Buying a new SUV from Brien Ford was a great experience primarily because of Brad’s personal “answer all questions, apply no pressure” honest approach. With that said, I found the same to be true when briefly interacting with the finance person (the only other employee that was part of the buying process) and the few times I interacted with others on the Brien Ford team. I highly recommend Brien Ford and especially Salesman Brad Schell!
