This locations employees were the rudest, nastiest people I have ever encounter. I will never be renting from Budget again.
I also want to add that in the past I used to own 9 Budget locations in Northern California and this was so bad that I will never give another dime to Budget Rent a car again because of these terrible, horrible, lying people in the Burbank 2220 Hollywood Way location. I hope the Corporate offices takes away this locations company name as they don't deserve to have this franchise.
