The whole experience was professional, fiendly, and without pressure. I had the TL (with the umber interior, which is hard to find) in mind for some time and wanted it Certified Pre-Owned. On Christamas eve, the one I wanted showed up, but I didnt want to deal with the paperwork that day. So, my salesperson, Charell Robinson, worked with me, for a reasonable deposit, he held it for me. But it didnt end there, Charell offered to let me ""borrow"" it over the holiday weekend until the actual paperwork could be taken written up.
