I have been a tenant with Rathbun for 4 years and we have been nothing but pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism we have experienced with Rathbun. Just recently our heater went out over the coldest weekend we have had this winter so far and we were very worried we would be without heat for a few days. We called rathbun as soon as we found out it wasn't working anymore and they sent someone out right away and had it taken care of! I am always confident that any issue we have in maintaining our house will be handled as soon as possible. It's nice to not have to worry about how long we are going to be without something so essential as heat or anything we need taken care of. I am extremely pleased with Rathbun and would encourage anyone looking for a beautiful house to call them! I realize that most review sites are focused on the negative reviews, that is why I wanted to share my story! Thanks Rathbun!
