Saw Dr. Nilson. He is an excellent doctor as far as skill, but his bedside manner is lacking. He is rushed with patient care and interacts with a hint of a condescending attitude that he plays off in jokes. He really is an excellent OB as far as delivery if you can get past personality. The single star rating is actually due to the staff (not the nurses, they are great). Questions are rarely answered and I was onced placed on hold for 30 minutes for a simple question and then when someone did pick up the phone I was informed that the person I was holding for had left for the day (I had ""just missed her, she stepped out about 5 minutes ago""....interesting b/c I was on hold for 30).
