I noticed some rats in our garage so I called Pest Pro based from recommendation from a friend. I spoke with their customer service staff and made an appointment the same day. The technician is nice and knowledgeable; he inspected our garage and the whole backyard. He put baits and put traps in our backyard. He came the next day to get trapped rats and closed all possible entry points and our rats problems are gone in just 1 week. Great service!
