been going there for 12 or so years, the RP finally upgraded their TVs a year or so ago. Good food, good prices, all wasted on horrible service. Hit a semi-busy nite and the service to the tables is hit or miss, they have no care if you wait 20-25 minutes for a drink, they share their tips so if the service is poor, it makes no difference to their waitresses, voice displeasure and you have the luxury of being called an 'axxhole' try any other sports bar in the Binghamton area and you are treated as a customer.
