I bought a Ford Escape a couple of days ago from Eric Basiliere at Dick Smith Ford and I love my new car and the service that Eric gave me. From picking the car out, to making sure payments were what I felt comfortable with, to even showing me the dealership and calling me the next day to see how the first night went.
