I am extremely picky so nothing usually meets my expectations much less exceeds them. However, my experience at Oregon Tattoo did just that. While I waited to get my tattoo I saw all the guys wash their hands many times. Russell came out and somehow managed to draw up exactly what was in my head. My tattoo is unique and placed perfectly on my left shoulder blade. It could not have possibly come out any better.
