I have gotten several tattoos from Oregon Tattoos in the past few years. I live in a different city now & will travel to Salem just to get new ink from there. Its popular so odd are they will be crowded, but you have so much fun with staff you won’t really notice. The price is right and the tattoos are all really well done.
