I have used Custom Pure products for many years. First by refilling bottles at PCC, later having a kitchen unit installed in my home, and now in my retirement community apartment. I have enjoyed the professionalism and courtesy of the employees, as well as how informed they are about their products. And when they are done they clean up after themselves beautifully. Recently, I had to delay the last checkup of my unit for several months. I should not have been surprised that Custom Pure sent a letter outlining practical steps to make sure my filter was still operating properly. It was a do it yourself guide until I could get the real fix. Impressive customer relations.
