My elderly parents used this service to take them to and from the Indy airport. They specifically requested a sedan as my mother has severe hip arthritis....they sent a tall SUV to their home and she had trouble getting in the vehicle and the driver didn't assist.....when they requested a sedan again to pick them up from the airport, guess what? They sent an SUV AGAIN. And the driver didn't help them with their luggage at the bag claim. Pathetic service, inattention to detail. Will NEVER use them again.
