After a $60 service call and prognosis, we are still without a working jacuzzi. They came out and promised service only to call the next morning to say that they REFUSE order the part. We have to start at square one and will have to pay a new plumber $60 for a service call. A complete waste of time and money. Call another plumber-one with a track record for stellar service.
