umm well if i could i would do minus 2 stars.. after making a cash purchase in a sears store for an on-line order-the product quit 2 weeks in and in order to get a replacement we gotta wait 2 weeks to ship product back- wait 2- 3 weeks for a refund check re order wait 2- 3 weeks for shipping- really with a cash purchase.. really- not a simple EXCHANGE..... yea minus 2 well 3 stars for me-------------- sucks that i even have to do a one star rating.. trust if i didn't have to i wouldn't of gave em the one...... more
