I've used The Movers Group twice over the past 3 years - for moving both residentially and commercially. They are always my first choice. They are prompt (if not early!) and so FAST. They are also good people - personable, polite, and super efficient with your time when they are on the clock. Hopefully I don't have to move anytime soon, but if I did, they would be my first call.
