Our family reached out to Housing Helpers to find a rental property for us. As a result of the horrible customer service we received, we gave up working with them, despite the great properties they had listed. We had a scheduled appointment time to view a listing. When no one showed or called, I called Housing Helpers only to rudely get blamed several times that I had the incorrect time. After I had the email to prove that I had the correct time, Housing Helpers said they'd try to reschedule but didn't follow up until a week later. I asked to reschedule again and still haven't heard back. I would hate to have someone who is trying to rent their home have Housing Helpers represent them. The three people I dealt with were all unaccomodating and unhelpful; some were even downright rude.
