Was told upon initial inspection of damage that their paint supplier doesn't recommend blending paint in a repaired area, that the entire body panel would have to be painted.
Upon receiving repaired vehicle, entire body panel was not painted, trim had been removed and the wrong color trim caps installed but under the trim was not painted, just masked off...
After bringing this to their attention, they claimed the insurance would not pay for painting the entire body panel.
Get it in writing and check with insurance adjuster before hand.
