I hired Joel Pipkin, owner of American Custom Cabinetry, to be the general contractor for my kitchen remodeling project. Although his price was terrific, he was unwilling to fix errors he made in a timely and professional manner, he did not effectively manage his subcontractors and he had poor attention to detail that resulted in the need for costly redos.
Although my kitchen looks great, I had to hire someone else to finish the job.
