I began going to Dr. Bowater on the recommendation of an aquaintance. I have been to vets all over RI as well as the country and I believe that Dr. Bowater is one of the best. She is kind, knowledgable, sensible, and truly loves and enjoys animals. These qualities are reflected in her staff as well.
