I used to go to Gus' when he was located downtown but then found that he wasn't there anymore. :( Its been years since I've had his chips and salsa and shredded beef enchilada plate. It wasn't until recently that I heard he was in Franklin. (Saw him on ""Outrageous Foods"") I live in Shorewood and made my way over to Gus' immediately! I, unlike you crazies writing ill informed reviews below, love his food. Its not like that bland ""MEXICANT"" food and margaritas on the the south side. Gus' margaritas have way more kick! Enchilada Plate the same as I remembered: DELICIOUS! His gravy is like no other. Oh and the rice! To die for. Seriously! I even took a side of rice, Chicken Quesadillas, salsa and chips home for the wife. She missed it too! Anywho, the new place is huge! Real clean too. And yes, finally some easy parking. I had great service. Food was quick and I couldn't be happier. More affordable then I remember. Gus, I'm glad you're still cooking it up! I'll be back with the wife real soon to hit up that Happy Hour!
