My husband and I were married at the Governors Club in November 2011. We had approximately 150 friends and family in attendance and each of them had nothing but positive comments about the event. There has not been a day to go by that I don't think about our wedding day and I cannot imagine a more perfect venue for us to celebrate our union. The Governors Club wedding coordinator (Lisa Johnson) was on top of every detail and worked hand in hand with us and our wedding coordinator to ensure everything was perfect for our big day. Lisa was not the only person to go above and beyond. The entire staff worked hard to ensure everything was in place and that there were no problems. The food was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Our guests are still contacting us with positive comments about the entire event and I am sincerely thankful to Lisa Johnson, Chef and the entire Governors Club staff for helping make our wedding day a dream come true. I have no regrets and look forward to the opportunity to host another event at this lovely venue.
