Our daughter was married at the Governors Club in December 2011. As we were looking for venues that could accomodate our guest list of 300, we discovered Lisa Johnson and the Governors Club. What a lucky day for us!! We walked through the doors for that first meeting and were not only greeted by the gorgeous facility but by the very friendly staff. Lisa was fantastic to work with, start to finish. Everything we asked of her was answered with ""Sure, we can do that! "" and ,boy, did she deliver!! Oh, and the food!!! Chef Ben is amazing! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything tasted! He was so attentive to every detail, not only was the food delicious but it was beautifully presented. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful! Planning a wedding can be so stressful. I cannot thank Lisa Johnson, Chef Ben and everyone at the Governors Club enough. Because of them, I was able to walk through the doors on the day of the wedding worry free!
