I made online appt a few days ago and called in one day earlier to confirm. When I got there at 9:30AM on time, Art Jauregui came to help me and I'm telling him what service I want. When he checked the profile and found out my appt was assigned to John already. I have to wait for 10 minutes until he finished his customer service and his phone. Then he just run the paperwork and told me it will take 2-2:30hours.
I said I made online appt and should not be treated as walk-in. They asked me talk to Service manager. The manager came in at 11AM and checked around to promise to expedite the service in 30 mins. However, 1 hour later, still waiting...
by the way, their online website needs a lot of improvement such as service Honda specials on website expires on 7/31/11 already. Wi-Fi is not working until tell the accountant in the checkout room.
Just like other customer said, I don't think these service guys really care about the customers. I would suggest to find a qualified local auto shop with some good mechanics to fix your Honda. I wouldn't take my Gardena Honda for regular service anymore! by the way, it's 12:10PM, still even didn't get my call.
