I ordered a hot water heater from this business. Technicians know nothing about plumbing. They ordered wrong hot water heater. It took us more than 4 weeks to complete the job. I called to complain about it. The owner of the business doesn't care about anything once he gets his money. Ozzy, the owner, actually told me not to bullshiX when I called him to complain.
