Roto-Rooter was great! There are many choices in the St. Louis area for a plumber but they were able to respond to my call very quickly with short notice. The office staff when I placed my call was quick to answer and seemed very willing to help in any way they could. The technician Keith Reeder was polite, courteous to me and of my home and he explained everything in detail. His work was exactly as he quoted as he seemed to genuinely concerned to see that my issue was taken care of professionally. THANKS!
