LouAnn Kirk from RG Group is usually the customer representative that I deal with. She gets the quotes to me right away. I think this is especially important in addition to price because it's the first person that gets the quote that the customer will choose. We were bought out by another company that had previously been dealing with RG Group. RG Group offers excellent service at a reasonable price!
