The first maids sent did a less than satisfactory job. After a quick call to the agency, 2 new maids were dispatched within the hour. They did an outstanding job correcting the problems left by the first group, were quintessential professionals in the process and are now my regular maids. I couldn't be more pleased with the agency and heartily recommend the service.
