We recently refinanced with the help of Cassandra Krage. She was finalizing a mortagage with our neighbor and he brought her over to our house at 9pm. She was enthusiastic and made the refinancing seem simple. We had not contacted a mortgage company, as we were not sure it would be a benfit to us. Cassandra explained everything in terms we could understand. She drove down to pick up our personal information and again at closing. We live about 90 miles from her office.
