Dec. 5, 2011: I had a terrible experience at Mt Laurel Primary Care office. I had an appointment for a physical, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. They told me there were 2 people ahead of me. After sitting for 40 minutes in the waiting room, they finally got me in. The nurse told me to get undressed and the Dr. would be seeing me shortly! I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room, the Dr didn't show up! No one even bothered to check on me or tell me that the Dr. was behind. Finally, I had to leave without being examined!
