Well Here it is the holidays and what happens.. My car breaks down on me.. Not a small break down but one that in the end was major. Now having said that and of course not being happy about having a broken car.. Kniesel's in Citrus Heights treated me right. They gave me a fair estimate offered options that allowed me the choice of how to best fix my car. They were professional from the start and kept me informed about what was happening to my ride.. If you have to have work done. This IS the place to go. I will never take a car off warranty to the dealer again. Keep up the great work you guys rock
