Of all the rental companies in Athens, Prokos is the absolute last one you should consider. The prices are extremely high compared to other companies. The employees are slow and disagreeable when dealing with your maintenance requests (you will have maintenance request because the houses they rent to you are not in good condition). The actual maintenance men who work with Prokos and make the house visits are extremely diligent and kind though. I do recommend using Cornwell Rentals. They are more flexible and their rentals are in better condition. The staff is so nice at Cornwell. I do not dread making a call to them as I dread calling Prokos Rentals with my concerns and requests. You will receive more heartache than relief when you sign on with a house from Prokos Rentals. I would have given them no stars, but I was required to give at least one.
