I've been taking my dogs here for a couple years for their shots because it was, gasp, convenient. I've noticed that this office is snarky, unprofessional, overcharges and has zero grasp of customer service. This last time took the cake. Blatant rudeness and overcharging finally got to me. Do not take your pet here unless you like to be treated poorly, overcharged and then treated like they are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to bring your pet to them. The office manager needs to be FIRED. She looks like she just came off a bender, smoked a pack of cigarettes before work and not showered in a week yet she'll speak to you as if you're an idiot and you're interfering with her time. You know when fools tilt their heads down, tilt their eyes up to look at you with a snarl on their face? That's literally what this woman did when I questioned their pricing. She told me if someone else paid less it's because she's the office manager and she was being nice to them. NO LIE!! Exact words of this fool. Take your business elsewhere!!
