They let someone internally use my credit card to run fraud buying tanning products & I called them & confronted the owner regarding this & they were rude and wouldn?t explain why or how or let me resolve the issue. I called a few times politely to fix this and inquired how they even got my credit card info and they rudely answered me so I told them I will take this to the better business bureau and the reply was ?brilliant, go ahead?. I?ve never had this attitude from an established business and now going through a headache of litigation with Sun Club. In this economic turmoil, this is the last problem I need to deal with.
