I have always had good encounters with Cuivre River and it takes one person who is insensitive and gives poor customer service to take that away for a company. I had an interaction with Doug, who was supposed to be the supervisor/Manager on duty. He was not willing to hear the situation and had his mind set before even taking the call. He was insensitive and did not put the customer first. He represents Cuivre River poorly and it was a terrible experience talking with him. I am very upset with Cuivre River for taking on an employee like Doug and having him represent them.
