They killed my bird! I brought my 7 year old macaw in for a bath and nail clippings. Dropped her off at 9pm and at 9:30 they called me and said she bled to death because they cut her nails too short. They didn't even apologize and they tried to make me pay for services. Then when I refused they took me to court and won. If you take your animals there after reading this then you are an absolute idiot. Find a reputable place with trained staff. My baby is gone forever because of their malpractice.
