Went in at 1pm for blonde highlights by the time I left the salon it was 10pm and I had a flight to catch in the morning. The stylist really messed up my color and my scalp was chemically fried. The stylist had to call in a senior stylist that tried to fix the disaster..that was last January. I was told that this salon had new stylists so I decided to try. Real simple...so I thought...blonde highlights/color. The color was orange on the roots ... The stylist pulled the color off the client card from last January. I don't understand I have gone to several other Aveda salon's and have had wonderful outcomes. I love the product line of this company...I just wish I could find someone who can do color...it will take months again to get my hair back to what it was prior to this last appointment.
