J Leigh was wonderful as usual - very responsive to my mood! Thanks,J Leigh. The shampoo was the worst I've had at Amplify. I had a 5:30pm appt so late in the day. It was a "rush" job in my experience. My hair didn't feel clean. This is the only time I could say I've not been satisfied. Thanks for asking, Nancy
