I wish I could say my experience was as great as my first.... At my first appt on 10/27 I asked the desk for my colorists prices for 1/2, 3/4, and full head foils. I explained how frustrated I would feel at other salons always getting the same service and being charged something different upon checking out and it was always higher never less! So upon checking out on 12/15 I was disappointed when I was asked to pay a price that was not quoted to me. This is where it got uncomfortable for me and why I gave only 3 stars. I felt I had to explain myself and remind the receptionist of our conversation we had, with other clients behind me checking out. She was unaware that my colorist had a price increase and had to go ask the colorist. Now making it more uncomfortable for me. I was made to feel as if I was complaining about what I was being charged. My suggestion would be to notify the clients if their stylist/colorist had an increase in their prices via email text or mail. At the end my colorist advised her to charge me what I was quoted but I still left not feeling good about how it played out.
