When I caled for an appointment I was quoted $19.95 for an oil change and I was toldthat there would be of course an additional charge for oil because of the size of the SUV which I understand. Being a loyal customer in the past I booked the appointment. But when my husband showed up and was charged $49.00 we are questioning our loyalty to your business. As you know, there are a lot of $19.95 oil changes out there but I chose this one because they were local and NOT a Walmart type store.But it looks like I will be shopping around for all my work in the future!
