I showed up for my appointment two weeks after my c-section. It was the first time I had driven a car and I had made special childcare arrangements for my premature twins. Stephanie told me she did not have time to do my hair. The smoother I wanted was no longer offered by Aveda and the chemical alternative would take too long. She implied I was at fault by informing me I would not be penalized if I chose not to reschedule. Big disappointment!
