I made an appointment for 1:00 on sat. I was there at 12.45. There was a woman with 3 children and a baby sitting there. I felt that she was put ahead of my appointment, which I would have been okay with. The problem was Jenice was, now, running late, and I felt that she was working very hard on my head, and she was rushing. I never felt like this before, and I don't know why that lady with the baby was put ahead of me. She had highlights done, which means she wasn't just coming in for a haircut. I don't know what the problem was, but I never felt this way before. I'm sure this was one time only problem.
