It is outrageous to charge $2 for a gift certificate purchase. Keeping a record of it in the computer costs F & B nothing, and it is really an insult to pay for something that will be used at your spa. It reminds me of Bank of America's charge to use a debit card. I will not buy any more gift cert from you. Most spas are happy for the business, would never dream of charging for a gift certificate.
