I recently had a color mishap and I can honestly say that the level of customer service I received from ALL of the staff at the salon was second to none! I was treated with the utmost respect throughout the process and everyone bent over backwards to be sure I was happy. This was one of the best experiences at a salon I have ever had! And, I have had my hair done by high-end professionals in New York, Raleigh and Virginia Beach. I am extremely pleased and have already referred several friends to the salon. I will not be getting my hair styled/colored anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Thanks especially to John, owner and artistic director, who was able to conceptualize my vision!
